AvantGo is free software that allows you to view web pages on your PDA without being connected to the internet. Here’s how to get it up and running:

Go to www.avantgo.com, click on “Get It Now,” register, and install AvantGo on your PDA (the AvantGo website will lead you through this process).

Once you’re all registered, click on the “Channels” tab. On the menu at the left, click on “Create Personal Channel.” Fill in the title as Vigenere Autokey Cipher. Fill in the location as http://www.cppapers.com/decipher.html. All the other settings can stay as they are. Click “Save Channel.”

Sync your PDA. You should now be able to open AvantGo on your PDA and, under “My Channels,” select “Vigenere Autokey Cipher.”
